Overall very good experience with the practice. Phones are hard to get through during covid times but I use the apps to book appointments. Most of the Receptionists, nurses and doctors are friendly and efficient. Dr Chin, Dr Kiran and Dr Babinska are my usual doctors and they are all very good!
Very happy with how quick my issue was addressed, staff and doctor were both very friendly and helpful.
Excellent experience. Nurse Practitioner friendly manner, thorough, pro-active and gentle when examining /giving jab. Highly recommend.
I'm genuinely surprised to see all these bad reviews here. Everyone I've talked to at this practice receptionists, doctors, nurses has been friendly, caring and efficient. All of my appointments in person and on the phone have been excellent and everyone involved has been nothing but helpful.
If I could give 0 stars here I would Receptionists never answer the phones. One big loop of being 'number 7 in the queue'. When at last you reach 'number 1', you are left to ring and then cut off. My last attempt wasted 22 minutes of my day. Appalling front of house responsiveness.
terrible terrible place. 99% awful. The 1% of goodness comes from Babinska. She is the best doctor there, and the only doctor i will now see. Reception staff are rude, lazy and unhelpful.
Had a blood test today, great experience, would recommend!
Probably the worst Practice I have ever signed up with. It is virtually impossible to get through to someone, as phones are never answered. The doctors I have seen here have always been competent, kind and professional, it’s just the admin that seems to be issue. Very disappointing.
