Absolutely horrible appointment booking system. Very rude reception, with no apparent training in handling patients not customers, different attitude required who are rightfully frustrated for not being able to get through doctors during an extremely difficult period. Doctors are great, once you manage to get through to them.
Like everyone else has said, the receptionists have ruined this practice. Incompetent and disrespectful and over draw the line by thinking they are now a doctor as they deemed my reason for calling isnt important????!
Poor booking system, incompetent staff, rude receptionist... changed to a different practice.
