Dr. Ramadan is an amazing doctor. He is so caring with my kid. He is also very smart and Knowledgeable about everything. Glad he is my child paediatrician. Office is run well. Never feel like I am waiting for a the appointment I booked.
Do not go with Dr Atoyebi, very unprofessional very rude, I don’t usually leave a review but his attitude was unbelievable. Also when I told him that I was pregnant he said “ yeah I don’t know i can’t do labour I don’t do delivery “ like HUH ?!! Obviously you’re a family doctor not an OB!!! He clearly he doesn’t know what he’s doing. Also he was huffing and puffing when my one year old whined for a couple of seconds like what normal babies do when waiting around. There’s more but I’ll leave it at that. Great staff tho, lovely receptionist and very helpful.
The receptionist is so rude her name is Afreen! She was arguing with me about being late 5 mins because of the traffic while I have to wait 20 mins or more to see the doctor. She is definitely unprofessional. And they don’t even pick up the phone! 2 months in a row calling and no one is picking until I went myself to get the appointment! Isn’t that ridiculous!! Add to that I talked to the other receptionist and she was sneaking to our conversation to the point she started arguing again about those 5 minutes to prove more that she is super rude!
The walk-in service on Saturdays is absolutely ridiculous. They close at 2 PM, but when I arrived at 1 PM, I was told the doctor had already left. I was informed that I must register by 11 AM and that they only see 23 patients on Saturdays. I tried to book an appointment for my daughter, but the only available times are Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 3:30 PM—during school hours. It's much more convenient to find another walk-in clinic.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Dr. Atoyebi Mike began in June, when I learned he was accepting new patients. At my first appointment, I explained my symptoms, but he seemed unsure of the cause and prescribed medication "to see if it would work." This approach felt very unprofessional to me. The second issue occurred during my husband's visit. Since he was visiting from outside Canada, he had to pay $100 for the appointment. When he began explaining his symptoms, Dr. Mike interrupted him, stating that he only addresses one concern per visit. If my husband had another issue, he would need to book a second appointment—this was the same with me. It felt as though they were more concerned with making money than providing quality care. For instance, if you have diabetes and heart disease, you would need two separate appointments to discuss them, which seems unreasonable. On top of this, I recently called to schedule an appointment. The secretary, who appeared to be a student, was unfamiliar with basic aspects of the Canadian healthcare system. When I requested a routine check-up, he said there was no such thing. I later found out he was here on a student visa, which explained his lack of understanding. Afterward, Dr. Mike called my husband and rudely accused me of being disrespectful to his staff. He didn’t even give my husband a chance to explain the situation before abruptly hanging up the phone. Overall, my experience with Dr. Mike has been extremely disappointing. I will not be recommending him to anyone.
Dr. Ramadan has been great with my twins and always educates me when I have a question or concern. The front staff are efficient, kind, and try their best to book appointments that are convenient for our family. Pediatricians are hard to get now and I'm so grateful the twins have Dr. Ramadan.
Dr. Mike Atoyebi is not only knowledgeable but also approachable. Approachability and open communication are key to building a strong doctor-patient relationship. I felt comfortable asking questions and discussing my concerns. He was so helpful and kind to me. I feel very lucky to have been able to find him.
I don’t think the doctor who is working there is a real doctor. Doesn’t listen to his patients, keep telling us don’t waste my time, although we are discussing medical issues. I don’t see any kind of compassion and empathy with patients from this doctor. I don’t recommend it to anybody. His name is Mike.
Really amazing staff and Doctors! I am so glad they are accepting new patients. I had a very good experience with Walk-in as well.
I'm not satisfied with Dr Mike at all. Bragging that he's been a doctor in UK and giving false statements about my health. I'm looking for a different doctor asap. Do not recommend at all.
