Fast and professional Dr. Rupert is delivering the best care. The Doctors I have been given to this Practice are really kind and provide all the best knowledge . Reception staff are so genuine ;friendly; helpful . Really glad that I chose Highgate Group Practice I love the fact that when you call in with an health issue they are sending you to the right specialist dr. And they are booking you in the same day if you call in the morning All my respect for that!
I’ve been with this practice for ~40 years and cannot praise it enough! Staff are incredibly helpful and I have always got an appointment very promptly! All the GP’s are amazing, but Dr McIntyre always goes above and beyond to provide excellent patient care! Thank you Highgate Group Practice for all the care and support you have provided me and my Mother over the years!
The best GP surgery I've ever been to - gutted I've moved and have to switch. Receptionists, nurses and GPs are all lovely. Surgery space itself is also great. Such attentive care - I definitely recommend registering here if you're in the local area as the care is some of the best the NHS has to offer.
Useless gp .Never found an appointment on time and gp doesn’t even care about the problem you have . It happened a lot of time that they asked me : How can I help you with this ?! A ridiculous question !! Very disappointing with this and nhs in general .
Trying to get through for an emergency gp appointment is ridiculous. To then be told there are no more appointments after explaining health is really bad still no help.
Very happy with this GP. The team are always so friendly especially the receptionists. Great customer service and always very helpful.
Dr McIntyre and Dr Gandhi have gone above and beyond. Great GPs. Thanks so much for supporting me and advocating for me and your practice and what you can do in circumstances. It’s clear they care and it means a lot for which I’m forever grateful. Best wishes to you all at the practice, A I’ve now repeatedly tried to make an appointment with Dr Ghandi and been shut down each time by reception staff. I’m sure it’s just their job. It’s not the practices fault but it’s leaving me distressed and vulnerable. I’ll try again to get through tomorrow.
The worst practice I’ve ever been to with an absolutely absurd system of holding appointments to call exactly at 1pm. If your phone drops out on that call, then regardless of urgency, you can’t get in as everyone has booked up every appointment for the minor complaints. This is despite having a baby having an allergic reaction, it seems people’s coughs and colds are more important.
Just phoned at sensible time after midday and phone answered within 30 seconds. Spoke to Gloria about blood tests results. She was fantastic and highly efficient and a credit to the practice.
I feel very fortunate to have this gp surgery so local to me. I always manage to get through to the receptionist without too long a wait. I tend to see a different doctor on every visit, but on the whole they have all been fantastic.
