I have been with the surgery many years. Myself and my son always get treated equally well by receptionists, by admin, by the Doctors and by the Nurses. We are grateful for all their efforts and dedication to treat our conditions. May God bless and protect them always .
Absolutely terrible. Had several appointments here over the course of 2 years and each one was rubbish. It's impossible to book an appointment in the first place and you have to listen to a voicemail message for almost 2 minutes before waiting to book. The reception staff are rude. And I didn't have faith in the doctors, either.
Any time I need to see a Gp for myself or my daughter I get a face to face appointment the same day or the day after! Receptionist, nurses and doctors are always nice and professional.
Very rude reception staff , i witnessed they were very rude to an orderly lady and told her to go and learn technology and do their appointments online when she was saying she need help with it. Even me personally I never get anything sorted when i go reception to talk to them they sayin call us, even when i call to book appointments they respond me very rudely and close the phone.
Cannot issue repeat prescriptions accurately or in a timely fashion. Will take no responsibility for this at all! Terrible surgery... Avoid!
Excellent service. I needed urgent assistance and Gaynor and Chanel sorted this out for me efficiently and with a real sense of kindness. Best practice in Finchley.
Worst GP receptionist ever! I called the receptionist at 5:28pm todays since I missed the asthma consultation, then the receptionist her name is Shero didn’t immediately take down my inforatiom and asked me to wait, after I waited around 5 minutes, then saying she have to hang up without booking a new appointment but will be calling me back in 5 minutes. Since I have severe asthma conditions, I waited in front of the Underground station over 20 minutes the receptionist to call me back. But she still not call me back after 20 minutes waiting. I cannot wait anymore as the rush hour is coming and I need to pick up my daughter from nursery at 6pm, then I called again until the receptionist finally picked up after I waited another 30 minutes. I was asking her why doesn’t she call me back if she promised to call me back in 5 minutes. Then she start to yelling to me saying i should wait until she calls me back. But I was saying I have already waited over half hour and I cannot wait anymore in front of the tube station. Them she start to say I was rude and unprofessional ???!! She then even refuse to take down my details and refuse to book another appointment for my severe asthma condition!!! Seriously!?!??? Can you believe it??? After I have waited 5 minutes in the first phone call for doing literally nothing, then waited another 20 minutes for her to call me back, then another 20 minutes waiting her to pick up the phone I’m literally just the only on on the line I have literally waited nearly one hour for for booking an appointment, when she finally picks up phone of course I am angry! Who won’t be?? Such passive aggressive behavior, then she blame me as unprofessional and rude??? I literally waited 10 times than she promised and caused a huge delay for picking up my daughter from nursery and blame me as unprofessional??? Who is working here?? Is this my job that I should waiting endlessly during the peak hour for being a patient in Torrington park?? Then being reject for having an appointment with facing severe and life-threatening condition of asthma?? After experiencing such a passive aggressive behavior of course you will be angry; then they blamed for being angry. Who has being rude, unprofessional and incredibly bosy here??? She even threatened me saying she will speak to her passive aggressive behavior! Wowwww, how could she being so shameless about herself?? Go for it! Go to report your completely inconsiderate, incredibly irresponsible and passive aggressive behavior to your seniors! No wonder the comment is so dam low for this surgery! All thanks for these shamelessly rude and unprofessional and passive aggressive receptionists! Biggest mistake ever to be registered in this GP surgery!
Great practice with an exemplary team of doctors. Nicola is absolutely amazing in reception and helps sort out all my queries no matter how obscure. The whole team work so hard so I think their effort should be commended .
Terrible Gp service , shocking Admin & reception staff who lie & lose forms. They just can’t be bothered all of them. Waste of taxpayers money
I have been with this GP surgery for many years. Throughout that time I have found the service adequate, with one or two exceptional doctors to balance out the more average or below service. But now, the service is bordering on the abysmal, even allowing for the pandemic and all the very real difficulties it has caused. Finally, I think consistently disconnecting calls without answering or knowing how urgent the call is, borders on disgraceful. I am sure they probably would say and may even believe that if it's really urgent or important the caller will dial 999 or 111. My answer is that you are a GP surgery, people's lives depend on you, for a multitude of reasons; go that extra mile, and not just occasionally. If you don't want that responsibility, do something else. It is not an ordinary job!
