Received an e-consultation with Dr Ali this morning. He was extremely kind and caring. I had only requested the consultation late on the Friday before so am so pleased to be able to speak to the doctor so quickly. Thank you very much!

Awful - not the fault of the doctors, but dealing with this GP practice is a nightmare because of the receptionists. I've now moved away and my new GP makes me realise just how terrible this GP practice is. Avoid.

Telephoned about medication advice and the receptionist was extremely helpful and polite!

Incompetent doctors, rude receptionist. Clearly a terrible NHS service.
