Good sized bathroom but the overall room size is not adequate for two people and plenty of suitcases. We had a construction next door and even though we were advised the work starts at 9 am we had noise from 07:30 onwards in most days. We picked the hotel due to its location, but based on the overall experience and service we would probably stay somewhere else next time as there are many hotels in the area. We asked the staff several times for changing rooms or paying for an upgrade - they promised to look into it, but never got back to us. Overall, we have been disappointed with our stay.
We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Resident Kensington, and it was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully tucked away in a peaceful area, offering the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. The location is ideal, just a short stroll from Earl's Court tube station, which made getting around London incredibly easy. Plus, many of the city's main attractions are just a quick ride away. What really stood out, though, was the impeccable service. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They were always ready with helpful suggestions and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The little kitchenette was a nice touch, allowing us to prepare a quick snack or coffee whenever we liked. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights after long days of exploring the city.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and public transport.Overall, a fantastic experience—I can't wait to stay here again! Thank you, Guys!
This hotel was perfect for our trip to London, really helpful and friendly staff, a lovely quiet street and peaceful environment inside too. Very convenient for Earl's Court tube station and also a lovely walk to the Natural History Museum. We had a small double room in the basement, which was so cosy and comfortable, and we love the mini kitchen to brew up tea or coffee. Will definitely be back to stay again. Thanks to all the staff who were great too.
The hotel was clean and in a very nice location. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were crisp and soft. I love that! My room was very tiny and the halls were very narrow and windy. The front desk staff were friendly. It was easy to get to the tube to the airport from the hotel.Rooms: 3/5
Wonderful clean and comfortable hotel in an excellent location. The staff is lovely and so helpful. They wrote me a handwritten thank you note, gave us a free room upgrade and early check in. Plus the room was impeccably clean and quiet. Highly recommend!Rooms: 5/5
I had such a positive experience at The Resident Kensington! I spent more than I wanted, but the kitchenette alone made the price worth it. The location of the hotel is ideal: 2 blocks to the Tube, a grocery store, excellent, diverse restaurants for takeaway Lebanese, Thai, and a safe, beautiful neighborhood. Everyone in the boutique hotel was welcoming, helpful, and kind. The room was very clean, large enough I had a small double, and most importantly quiet. I stayed two weeks and would come back and recommend to others. I'm a senior solo woman traveler. Rooms: Quaint and functional. Safety: I never felt unsafe. Walkability: Everything was so close! Food & drinks: I just wanted convenient, good-tasting food, and it was all close by.
We stayed in a Deluxe Room, it was on the lowest floor and had a lovely patio. It was so wonderful to be close to a Tube station Earl's Court while also being able to spend time in a room that was quiet and peaceful. It also had a lot of space to move around in and the wifi was good I teleworked from the room one day with no problems. The kitchenette was great because we could get snacks in the evening and enjoy them on the patio when we woke up very early due to jet lag. The staff were very helpful. Just a lovely experience.
Beautiful quiet location, close to Earls Court station to travel into the central London. The rooms are small and cosy. I made good use of the kitchenette. The staff are so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I will come back!Rooms: 5/5
Stayed here in in June/July 2023. Conveniently located, nice rooms, friendly staff! I unfortunately didn’t take photos of my room, but I stayed in two different style rooms King and Small Double and they were both comfortable and clean.
