Can't fault the location. Its stunning. The greeting was a little frosty from the young man behind the bar when we arrived, however the facilities and breakfast was great. The bed in room 5 was uncomfortable so definitely needs a topper. I would return, happily.Rooms: 5/5
Great place for a break . The staff are so friendly. The mother & daughter who clean the rooms know their job & they yo are so friendly . The menu has plenty to choose from and cooked perfectly .we wouldn't hesitate to go there again. Rooms: Spotless , clean white linen, white fluffy towels all rolled & put in a whicker basket . Nearby activities: A short walk over the bridge to the shops, cafes, bus stops & railway station. Also Amusement arcade . Walkability: Near to everything as I've said above including Looe Bowls Club if you're a Bowler go for a roll up. Food & drinks: Fab food, good menu, bar drinks reasonable prices
Drove down from Kilkhampton seemed to take a lifetime. Starving by the time we arrived in Looe. Harbour Moon was the first place we found. Glad we did. Great food, great service and dog friendly too!Service: 5/5
Cosy pub in W.Looe overlooking the river, didn't see any real ales but a good choice of keg beers. They also provide accommodation if possible/available, bar menu reasonable, separate restaurant and dog friendly, can't comment on the menu quality as I have not eaten there yet. Walkability: Not far from Looe railway station, also accessible by bus and if travelling by car, plenty of parking available. Walking choices are good either east or westwards as Looe is situated on the S.W.Coastpath,and certain routes it is possible to return to your departure point by public transport. Food & drinks: A few pubs serving food during the winter season with more restaurants opening for the summer months when the choice is a lot greater, good local ales available and the usual choices of keg beers etc,
One of the better pubs in this town that's not exactly a beer hunters dream. Nice feel, better beers but no cask lovely views to harbour. Didnt eat but food I saw looked good, light on vgn options as the whole of this flippin town isService: 5/5
Lovely staff and close to harbour so great views , just a shame stopped serving food at 7pm as wasn't aware and wanted to stay longerService: 5/5
Really delicious food great atmosphere lovely staff and service - would highly recommend Food & drinks: Lovely sea food fan menu lush atmosphere
Had dinner here on Saturday eve. Good service, good food and drinks. It’s pub grub with a twist with lots of interesting things on the menu. Defo worth a visit.
Friendly and helpful staff and the food was very good and would definitely recommend it to anyoneService: 5/5
Friendly, great value quality food and choice of beer. Nice view of the estuary too. Convenient EV charger nearby helps greatly too. Would have been 5 stars if they had EV chargers outside
