"Cosy, authentic, traditional Thai restaurant, very extensive menu including local seafood, beer and wine from Thailand, food freshly cooked to order by Thai Chef, family run business. Awarded "Thai Select" by the Department of Commercial Affairs, Royal Thai Government, one of only a hundred or so Thai Restaurants in the UK to achieve this standard. The food we serve and the length of time it takes to prepare makes our restaurant unsuitable for young children and we impose an age restriction. Please be advised we are an adult venue and there will be a wait for food as orders are taken and cooked on a strictly first come first served basis."

We drove through wind and rain to get to this place and it did not disappoint. The som tum, sticky rice and Tom Kha soup were our favourite dishes of the night. A lovely cosy place with a friendly host. Highly recommend!
To be fair, the atmosphere was only a bit lacking because it was very quiet at this time of year. The owner Nigel? was knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating, explaining the dishes and making sure people got the spiciness they were comfortable with! The food was very good: interesting recipes, all prepared to order, reasonable portions, and very tasty. Pricing was reasonable. Definitely worth a return visit to try some more of the extensive menu.
Enjoyed. Nice mix of local seafood with Thai flavours which is exactly what we hoped for. Would say their spice rating is honest as the chilies I tried by mistake were ferocious. Drinks options a bit dated but there's Thai wine at least even if only as good as it sounds, so alternatives might be advisable and a range of Asian lagers.
One of the finest places to eat in Looe. Excellent Thai food, well priced and with reasonable portion sizes. Not massive portions of dubious quality. Not tiny portions that still leave you hungry. A good size of good quality ingredients that have been well prepared. The takeaway service gets very busy, so I recommend booking at 5.30 and getting in before the rush.
The best Thai food I've had to this date! Medium is very hot still, I should have gone for mild. 5 spring rolls for £8.95 didn't seem reasonable at all though, although they were good. Not really enough rice for how hot the food was for us.
My boyfriend and I were throughly impressed by our meal. We got the Thai prawn Crackers to start, followed by the satay chicken which were delicious. We particularly enjoyed the side salad served with the satay chicken and the peanut sauce. Then I got a red Thai curry with monkfish and my boyfriend got the haddock curry both with sticky rice. We were really impressed by the curries which were really refined. The sticky rice was great to have with all the sauce. We then got the mango sticky rice to share which was perfect. One of the best mango sticky rice's I've ever had. I'll defo be back!
Lovely authentic restaurant. Beautiful decor. Music playing in the background. It's not a very big place but a nice atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a wide range to choose from on the menu and the food tasted great. I would definitely recommend a visit. Please click LIKE when you have finished reading my review. Thank you
Authentic Thai restaurant with amazingly tasty food on the cozy streets of Looe! Small place that you probably have to book to get in but we managed to grab a table outside under cover. Massive selection of dishes. Good drinks range. Satisfactory service for a busy little place and decent prices. Would easily recommend!
First time trying Thai food! We really wanted to eat here but had our dogs no dogs allowed in restaurant but the staff were super helpful and cleaned and set up the table outside which hadn't been done already as it was quite cold! But we didn't mind. Ordered Pad Thai which was lovely! Our young waiter was great and even brought some water out for the dogs. Didn't get to go inside but it looked really nice.
Good food and a reasonable price. Nicely themed decor. Owner seemed very hesitant to give us a table to start with even though it was mostly empty. Once we made clear that we would be less than 2 hours then he eventually let us inside... seemed a bit over the top. Could’ve just said yes these tables are free until X o’clock rather than telling us no and then having to negotiate a table. Anyway it was worth the money, I would book ahead if you go...
