The staff at this store are always super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. On this occasion Yasmin told me about the option to have the stone swapped in an old ring . So at the same time as having it resized I had the sapphire replaced with a pink stone. Amanda handled all the arrangements and I am blown away by the results. Brilliant staff- brilliant service x
Yasmin is nice and very friendly. She was very helpful, has good communication and listening skills. She was able to support me all through the process and she went the extra mile to recommend a 2 year cover for the items purchased. She’s a great asset to H.Samuel. Kudos to her!!!
Popped in to get a necklace fixed a sentimental one that wasn’t purchased at H Samuel’s. Adam was really helpful and thought he could fix it easily in store which he did in minutes! And wouldn’t charge me anything for it! Excellent service.
Superb service from the staff. Originally helped by Lauren when we purchased the ring, really warm and friendly. Had an issue after purchase where Adam went above and beyond to find the ring in my size, a real team effort. Thank you so much. Collected today, was kept informed during whole process.
Absolutely fantastic, I have been coming here for about 10 years to buy jewellery for my wife. I am on first name terms with Yasmin. She is friendly, welcoming and extremely professional. She now knows what sort of jewellery my wife likes and helps me choose. I have never been disappointed.
My husband and myself have been in your serpentine shop in Peterborough quite a few times since 2023 the service we have received every single time has been absolutely amazing, the 3 women Yasmin, Amanda and Courtney have always served us not only do they spend time showing us the various jewellery items we ask for and any questions we ask they can also answer promptly and with such care and professionalism their personalities shine through,also always happy to help with absolutely anything. These 3 ladies are huge credit and asset to the company, we both personally think that they should be recognised for all the hard work,care and how they treat all customers, we will never go to another jewellery shop apart from HM Samuel
Great service this morning from Amanda. She replaced a battery in my U boat watch, The cost was £10, the robbers at Timsons quoted me a unbelievable charge of £95. Well done, I will use again !!
I had a watch with recently broke went into the store and they offered me to get any new watch up to the price of what I paid insurance Deffo worth it and cheap yasmin and Adam from the serpentine store in Hampton were incredibly helpful at getting my new stuff instore on time
Having used H Samuel's in Serpentine Green many times this year, I have always found the team to be friendly and polite. Liz, in particular, is always helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this store if you are looking for watches, jewellery or a new battery.
Absolutely amazing service always I would recommend this store to everyone the staff go above and beyond they are so knowledgeable of the products and so friendly and helpful, always smiling and happy to help.
