The manager gave me an attitude when I spoke to her staff and was really unpleasant, uninformed, and nasty to my friend. I was essentially instructed to leave her business and finish saying goodbye. She told me to leave extremely abruptly before I had a chance to buy anything, which really irritated me. This is not how you should treat your customers.
Staff rude when I tried to purchase something, kept giving me a dirty look when I tried on 2 sizes but when I went for the N size she smirked, told me the total and dropped the ring in the plastic bag, not even a thank you or anything, if I would rate 0 star I could
Good place apart from the moody woman behind the counter. I had a return from the web, she explained the procedure but spoke to me like I'd committed a crime.
Just phoned the store and spoke to Rihanna. Very polite and knowledgeable. Answered my query. What an amazing employee. A true credit to the company . Thank you so much.
Friendly staff very helpful very good jewellery
Have often bought items of jewellery at Warren James, and never had a problem, nice pieces at affordable prices, I've found the staff very polite and helpful regardless whether your spending £10 or a lot more.
absolutely shocked with my product. was given a silver bracelet for a birthday present within a month it broke in half whilst on my wrist.
Love all the jewellery and very quick postage arrived the next day
love this shop very clean friendly staff and very good deals and plenty to choose from.
