2 weeks ago I went in with a diamond. I wanted it in a white gold ring for my daughter's 21st . I was told he just had to get the band and then he can mount it . I said i needed it on the 8/03 at the latest . I have heard nothing until I called today 7/03. I called this morning and asked . I was told he had been away a few days and I would get a call back in a few mins . A few hours left so I decided to go there . When I went in I was told he was expecting it in the post any minute . I said fine , I will walk about . My daughter's 21st is 09/03 . I received a call 10 minutes later with a completely different story . The diamond wasn't mounted and the ring was not going to hold the diamond . He said he can order a new one . The stories were all over the place . I am totally appalled at the lack of communication . The lack of honesty . If I hadn't have decided to make contact what would have happened . All these lies about he had spoken to the work shop and it was mounted and had been posted . I am shocked . I cried my eyes out as I have 24 hours to get a present for my only daughter . I would avoid any business with this store as you get zero communication and mixed up stories . I want my diamond back asap and I will take it to a jeweller that delivers and if they can't . Communicate .

Me & my now wife wanted some personal wedding rings making & these guys are very helpful & offer a professional service. I'd recommend this company way before another company that you can find locally.
