I have now purchased many items of jewellery in your shop and can say that you have a fabulous team of girls. Charlotte looked after me on 17 august this year & on another occasion. Jess & Laura are just as welcoming and helpful This is important as they know how to leave the customers wander around and approach them if help is needed and you don't feel any pressure. I am pleased that on each occasion I came out with a purchase but very satisfied with the level of service each of them offered.
My first impressions were very good as they offered an array of dress jewellery that seemed to be reasonably priced, I purchases a necklace and two pairs of earrings. However, one pair of the earrings caused a reaction with my ears immediately on trying them so I had to remove them. I think the reason was because instead of the stainless steel posts as on the other pair the posts were thicker and covered in a fake gold and I have no idea what it is made from. I decided to return them as faulty but the girls in the store were most unhelpful, saying that I couldn't exchange them because I had put them in my ears and even the manager wouldn't come out from her office. They were not concerned that this metal caused a reaction. I know that had this have been M&S they would have changed them straight away so I will stick with this store in future. I don't believe that shops like this can afford to lose business in our current climate, time will tell!
Best place for girls and ladies gift shop for all ages and good collection and variety
