I can’t recommend this shop enough, left to look through the window and only approached when I came to the shop door, I was approached by a member of the team called Sam who certainly knows his stuff. Asked me what I was looking for and if I had any ideas already, which I did, I showed him a picture and straight away knew the style of ring. With that he offered me a seat a proceeded to bring 5 rings over for me to look at. He took the time to sit down with me, go through all of them and put one to the side for me whilst I went away to have a think. I came back, looked at the window again and he approached me once again, not overly pushy just asking if I was okay and if I was looking at anything else. This time id had a second thought on the ring, and a change of idea, once again Sam took the time to go through all the rings and helped me to eventually come to a final decision even taking the time to show me what the rings would look like next to a wedding band, we then went through everything else with me at a pace that suited me and with that I ended up walking out with the ring that I had chosen and not one that I was told would be the right one, that’s one thing I will say, by no means was Sam pushy about anything. He was there to listen and advise on what I wanted, not what he thought was best. I couldn’t recommend this shop enough. 5* service from Sam
Nice looking shop with good selection. I have looked at window display a few times with a view to buying but on each occasion within seconds a staff member came out of store to start asking questions and what you're looking for. I felt pressured and would prefer to be left alone to look in peace. I've never known any shop in the UK to use this method and approach people OUTSIDE!
I had a fantastic experience at Fraser Hart. The staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Their impressive selection of products made my visit enjoyable, and I highly recommend them for anyone in search of quality jewelry or watches! Five stars!
Very rude staff , i just wanted to have refund because i didnt like the item . I do understand we all have policies and we follow them . But staff cannot be so rude to customers and say oh sorry we dont have so much of money in store to refund you back if you want cash refund you will have to wait all day to see if someone pays cash isn’t that statement rude . I understand she couldnt refund me back on my card because my husband bought it so GDPR ok fair enough, but dint have to say it on rude manner. It could have delt in polite manner . And surprising part is when i got out and looked over the window she was gossiping about me . Very very bad customer service
Sophie Bakhtadze & Sam Machin made me feel a million dollars when choosing my engagment ring today. Their knowledge and expertise about the different rings was exceptional and they both gave good advice when deciding which ring & I felt extremely special the entire time. Thank you both for making this day one I will remember for the rest of my life. Sophie & colin
Staff were friendly and helpful, However there was a mistake on the advertised price on a watch, I got it fitted and tried to purchase only to be told a completely different price then what was advertised £90 more expensive, this is against trading standards and I had to leave without the watch and feeling pretty annoying at all the staff smiling whilst I walked out. Will not be returning. I have got in contact with local trading standards office and will see what happens. Pretty poor.
Visited the Peterborough store on 2 occasions recently looking for a watch. I was served by Sophie on both visits who couldn't have done more to make the experience a memorable one. The first visit I spent about an hour I wanted to be sure as it would be a gift from my wife discussing the best option for me, but as they didn't have the right watch in store she ordered two for me to view which arrived on Wednesday. Went back today and I spent another hour with her deciding between them. Finally made my choice and I'm very happy with the purchase. Sophie was very professional, friendly and helpful - a credit to Fraser Hart and to herself. Thanks for the advice and amazing service Sophie, I'll definitely be coming back should I need anything else. An easy 5 stars!
Sophie Bakhtadze and the team really do excel in customer service. We purchased an engagement ring and plan to purchase our wedding rings from the store as a result. Cannot recommend enough.
