Terrible service. Left my wedding ring for re rhodium plating and they knocked out a diamond during the process, they then presented a bill to me for resetting the diamond. Upon questioning this the owner was rude to me in front of my children, leaving me and them upset. I will never return to this store, I hope people think twice before leaving a precious piece of jewellery with them - very disappointed at the despicable customer service.  Took it to a professional who reset the stone for free! and plated correctly!
