My Fiancé visited this store to look for her Wedding Band. She had the pleasure of being looked after by Jane. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Although she didn't end up getting her ring from this store, she would highly recommend them and Jane. So much so, I went and saw her and bought my wedding band from her. Great job. Thank you

We just want to say how impressed we are with Ernest Jones Queensgate and, in particular, with David who has been wonderful from the day we walked in to choose an engagement ring to the day we picked up our wedding bands. David sat with us and shared extensive knowledge on cut, clarity, style and practicality. He always makes the effort to come and say hello if we pop in, and he remembers us every time. For someone who must see so many customers, we can’t say how special that made us feel each visit. On top of this, when the ring I fell in love with didn’t come in my size, David worked closely with me as Ernest Jones made the ring from scratch. It is beautiful and so special. Thank you so much!

Went into Ernest Jones in Queensgate Peterborough ,on the ground floor ,on Saturday afternoon. Was made to feel very special thanks to Nadia, who served us ,it was such a lovely experience. I always find the staff very friendly. I purchased a watch several years ago and recently needed a service and reseal. Very pleased with the work carried out and will last for many years to come.

My experience there was amazing. Both lisa and sanna took their time out to help. Would 100%recommend to family and friends. Would just go back even for the service

I came in the same day after shortly returning a ring, I explained my situation for which they were very accommodating and more-so very understanding. I had the kindest service from Lorraine and Charlie who made everything so simple and at the end of it all meant I walked away with everything I wanted. Lovely jewellery and a lovely service! Couldn’t have asked for anything better.

When we purchased our wedding rings from your queensgate store Cheryl the lady who dealt with us made the whole experience very special. She was very patient and very helpful

Poor advice. Tried to advise me on diamond engagement rings but the things that the member of staff were telling me about cut, clarity etc...were laughable. I'm no expert but I know enough to know that they were absolutely winging it.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Didn't have quite what I wanted so it has been ordered and if I don't like it when it arrives I don't have to have it. Win, win. Very covid savvy too.

Amazing staff, went to pick up other half wedding, very accommodating, very welcoming, very chatty and exceptional customer service, will be returning!
