The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. They are so welcoming. Jennifer and the staff are honest, fun to shop with and everytime I go in we have a great time. They have a fast turnaround on repairs and the best repair prices going. They really make you feel like family. Don't go anywhere else, Charm is such a lovely store.

Jenn and her team are so knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Over the years I have purchased many pieces from them and have had an excellent experience every time. Most recently my husband and I went in looking to upgrade a ring. Jenn went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I was looking for. She ordered in an option for me to look at and helped us build a piece that was specific to what I was wanting. 10/10 experience and highly recommend this location specifically.

Great service, staff is fantastic and knowledgeable.  I knew nothing of what I was looking for and they made me feel so welcome. So long as I have a girlfriend to buy jewelry for, I will be returning to this location.

Excellent place for rings and jewelry. Me and my fiance were shopping for my wedding band, and the associate was very helpful in helping size and selecting the perfect ring for me. This was our second visit in a Charm Diamond Centre after having a pleasant expirience in the Oshawa Centre location.

The ladies in Charm Diamond Centres are incredibly knowledgeable. Everyone is always welcoming and they don't hesitate to go above and beyond!

Had an absolutely amazing experience at this location. Sydney was the staff member who helped us out today and she was great, so kind and helpful. After not having a great experience at another location multiple times, deciding to take a drive out to Peterborough, it was like night and day at the location compared to the other. I can’t say enough about how much of a pleasant experience it was and how great Sydney made the situation. Will definitely be coming back to this location in the future, it’s worth the drive.

We bought my wedding band here. Despite their recommendation I took home the store model but they happily exchanged it for the correct size when I realized it indeed didn't fit correctly :-

Went in recently to buy our wedding bands. The associates at the counter were so helpful and friendly and made the process seamless. Got the rings sized within a week.

So very impressed with the lovely gentleman who replaced my mom's watch battery. He was so patient, personable, and professional. Highly recommend!
