Me and my Partner went in looking for a bridal set as my originaltemporary Engagement ring broke, as soon as I showed Charlie my original ring he knew exactly what ring to go for! Even found a wedding ring that fits so perfectly with this ring! I absolutely love my rings! Can't fault any of the staff there either, they're all so lovely and welcoming! Bought necklace online in November 2022, collection in store . Cost £800 . Had problems with the necklace so took to the store. Staff looked on the system and couldn't find my purchase saying is never been bought from they side. When I showed picture they said is been discontinued not surprised for price u pay what bad quality u get just been such a bad experience and what rubbish quality necklace for the price you pay would expect better then that
Amazing customer service. My partner and I went in to Beaverbrooks for a watch repair. The staff were so lovely, Offered a tea and a seat to wait. I believe it was Samantha who managed to fix my watch at no extra charge, we are over the moon and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you! X
This team are absolutely amazing and we cannot fault them. All our wedding jewellery has come from here. They have so much time for people, they will listen and help advise with absolutely no pressure to buy. They were so invested in our day that it was a pleasure to pop in afterwards with a thank you note and box of biscuits for them. Thanks to the whole team, you were fabulous
At the Peterborough store we were greeted by Hannah and her colleagues, only went to look but ended up buying. No pressurised sales pitches, just honesty rarity nowadays, professionalism, curtious and happy to answer and questions and keep getting the jewelry we wanted to look at. Can't recommend them enough. Will definitely be back there in the near future.
Really great experience here choosing an engagement ring, Prabjot was extremely helpful and talked me through everything I needed to know, she totally understood what I wanted and made sure the ring size would be correct it was!. Many thanks for an easy transaction, would recommend.
Cannot praise the Peterborough store enough. They were amazing with sorting out a problem that occurred with a ring purchased from the store many years ago. I went today to Peterborough branch to buy ear studs and I had absolutely amazing services. Lady called Samantha went beyond every experience I had in the past. She didn’t know my budget, she didn’t know if I want to spend £20 or £300 but she treat me like I want to spend £7000. Absolutely marvellous lady absolutely amazing experience. I’m absolutely impressed!!!!! Thank you Samantha for today you did brilliant work!
Picked up a watch via click and collect and the staff in the store were great, really helpful and pleasant.
