Jane was a super lovely customer advisor who spent a lot of time with me and my mum to choose the perfect ring. She wasn't pushy or rushed us into any decisions - she made sure we were happy with all aspects of a ring before deciding on one. Very Impressed with the quality of the Jewllery. The staff were very professional, competent and friendly. We visited the Peterborough store when we were out looking for an engagement ring. Gessy was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very personable too. After our initial look we left as this was our first stop and viewed all the other jewellery stores in Queensgate. A couple of rings caught our eye but none were available in my size to take away the same day which is what we really wanted to do. As we passed Ernest Jones on the way out of the shopping centre we decided to call in again for one more look! Staff recognised us and Gessy was soon helping us again. We picked out a bridal set which we’d discounted on not being my size previously but when Gessy took it out it was exactly my size and the perfect fit! Some might call that destiny! Thank you for your help Gessy, we’d definitely recommend you! Carrie and Darren the Kings Fire people!

We just want to say how impressed we are with Ernest Jones Queensgate and, in particular, with David who has been wonderful from the day we walked in to choose an engagement ring to the day we picked up our wedding bands. David sat with us and shared extensive knowledge on cut, clarity, style and practicality. He always makes the effort to come and say hello if we pop in, and he remembers us every time. For someone who must see so many customers, we can’t say how special that made us feel each visit. On top of this, when the ring I fell in love with didn’t come in my size, David worked closely with me as Ernest Jones made the ring from scratch. It is beautiful and so special. Thank you so much!
My Fiancé visited this store to look for her Wedding Band. She had the pleasure of being looked after by Jane. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Although she didn't end up getting her ring from this store, she would highly recommend them and Jane. So much so, I went and saw her and bought my wedding band from her. Great job. Thank you
