Good store to go in and browse or get great Christmas gifts and anything else you might want. Recently had an issue with them where I rang up to find out if they had an item in store and the automated service told me they did, causing me to travel up there to get it only to find out that they didn't have it at all and hadn't had it for more than a day or so. Staff are still friendly and helpful and always willing to engage with customers.

If I could leave a lower score I would do having spent thousands of pounds at this store spoke to a young girl who has in my opinion attitude problems went to trade in some items and got the response of well that's what cex offer and that's what we offer even though cex offer more will never shop here again no wonder this shop is getting a bad reputation

I rang for ps3 sims game they saved it for me and i collected it. A good quick service. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
