I just wanted to pass on some good feedback about Ben & Scott from the middlebrook O2 store. I first of all upgraded both mine and my fiancés phones which Ben sorted for us so easily and he helped me apply my staff discount and get this sorted for me when the O2 open website had issues. I then had to come into the store numerous times because I was having issues processing the discount. I spoke to Scott who sorted everything quickly for me by ringing O2 and fixing it there and then. Both really good members of staff who made everything a lot easier for me!
Tom team leader -amazing service, so knowledgeable and helpful. Gave me a brilliant deal and set everything up. What an easy effortless experience I had in store. Thank you

Friendly staff that really helped my mum out getting her new phone, thanks to Naz and Beth I think who helped simplify everything!
My dad needed a new phone and he hates the whole process, so it took a while to convince him to even go to the shop in the first place. We were served by Suraiya who was super friendly and made the process easy and comfortable for him. She explained details clearly and answered his questions really well. Thank you!
It's really frustrating when you store to ask for help and the don't do anything besides ask you to call to customer service. I went to more than one O2 they all said same thing.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Long time customer of O2 looking to upgrade my phone and trade in my current one. I own an immaculate Samsung model. The assistant dragged their nails down my phone screen as did her colleague and they found a hairline scratch. The offer for my phone went down from over £100 to £20. You could tell the lady dealing with me was even embarrassed and suggested I sell with a third party. Lost a loyal customer today of almost 20 years. Sold my phone with a third party immediately after leaving the store and changed providers.
