Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"System says no". Not impressed. They do a system check to find a confirmation of your address. The system could not find me although I live in my place for 2.5 years and paying bills (systems fault not staff). But I made a booking to pick up at 6pm, got there a bit earlier, but with this system delay when it got to 6pm, while still getting it sorted the guy who was helping me just started to pack up and leave without giving me a word. I had to actually ask if him or someone else was going to continue my booking process, so someone else continued. The team clearly was more interested in leaving than helping me get the booking. Had to come the day after with a credit card to book, but could not get the same ratings. The team is polite, but I feel more could have been done, and the system could be better.

Fantastic customer service. Tocks and Pierce were fantastic. Excellent in reassuring me with my vehicle and always checking in to see if everything was ok. Brilliant!!!!!

i hired a van from peckham branch of enterprise rental. the van was great for short journeys. am happy with their service and will go back again mel smith smith and Rose

The service I received there in 2015 was amazing. The staff were professional, extremely helpful, and went out of their way to find a car suitable for me. I would definitely use their service again.

The guys were great from start to finish, i went in a few days before hiring just to check vehicles for space/size to match my requirements. The manager was very helpful and assisted me with all my questions and concerns so much so he advised me to change the reservation i had made online to upgrade for a bigger vehicle which turned out to be just perfect. I previously had problems with another branch with a booking which involved my contacting the Area Manager whom swiftly sorted out my dissatisfaction and directed me to Peckham. so this was my second dealings with Peckham and both experiences were good/excellent
