Hertz - London - Victoria Coach Station

Normal Hertz rental in every way except for one huge matter for me coming from overseas. We were in no way warned by Hertz of the potential for large congestion toll charges in relation to the hire from a busy location in central London and how we might avoid the charges. At £60 per charge plus £40 Hertz administration fee I would say DONT HIRE from Hertz in London if they cannot be bothered informing/advising their customers in this regard. Hertz customer service on the phone afterwards were also surprisingly unsympathetic as well, seeming to completely miss the difference between a Toll charge and a motoring offence. Ref:H32441191A7

Quick and painless. Picked up the car in less than 15min. Reviews here talked about long queues in the weekend, but there was only 1 other person when I arrived on a Saturday at 10am.

Got our vehicle alright but would not let us get a vehicle before our time (1 hour before) without upgrading.
