Thrifty Car and Van Rental Greenwich

Fantastic service. The staff here are friendly and made pickup and return very easy. The car I was given was brand new, it had about 9 miles on the clock and was absolutely immaculate. Return was equally easy, despite other difficult festive customers (shame some people have no patience!) Great experience, will hire from here again.

I was warey of using this place due to bad reviews. The staff were friendly and helpful and the vehicles are top! I was served quickly but it took along time to complete. Michael was excellent and he offered me a free upgrade as he understood it took longer than normal. I walked out with a brand new Golf. It was very busy, there always seemed to be a queqe, but staff were trying to get through people as quickly as possible. I'd probably come back a again, as the staff were very helpful, even in very busy circumstances.

I had read some poor reviews about Thrifty so I was a bit concerned. i chose them based on a good price. the whole experience was very positive. I arranged to pick the car up a day early - no props. the person dealing with pick-up was very courteous and friendly and efficient. The car was great for the two weeks and drop off was smooth and straightforward. I will definitely use Thrifty again.

No service whatsoever. Needed a car for the day a guy comes out indicates for me to wait. Finally another guy asks if I've been served and asks the same guy who told me to wait only to be told nothing available, what a lazy guy. Why waste my time. Not at all helpful avoid at all costs.

Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid them. Very crooked. They will do anything to charge you extra. When I returned the vehicle, I and their agent thoroughly checked it. We found no damage. Two days after, I received an email saying that they have found some damages on the vehicle and are charging me £632 plus administration fee of £57. Very dishonest!
