Booked a van for a house move. Arrived slightly early but the member of staff kept me updated. Van had just been washed and was in very nice condition. On return the process was simple and handled well with the same member of staff.

Will need a van again in June and will be back.

Overall very good, was promised a Volvo 4wd xc60, a Ford kuga was delivered, but after returning the car back was very happy with it.

As advised above a staff member named Alistair was very helpful but the other members of staff weren't, they had no notes of previous communication I had with Alistair.  I tried to contact the Sighthill Depot on a Saturday for two hours and twenty minutes and got no answer from the phone, it was constantly ringing out.  Initially I was directed  to the Grangemouth depot, whose customer service is horrendous.
