Probably the only rental place for new drivers (licence holder less than two years). Good service, I got a call before pick up with a reminder of what documents are required and info about deposit, which was a nice touch. Would definitely use again.

While being in Edinburgh we decide to rent a car on the last full day of our stay there if possible. We wanted to go explore Scotland Highland. We went to Enterprise offices one day in advance to check if our bank card allowed us to rent a car. And they said that the card is good so we booked a car for the next day. But when we arrived the next day to pick up our car they said that they dont accept debit card, which i totally understand but they should tell us that right away (the previous day) so that we could make some reservation with travel agency to go to Highland trip. So we end up not having car and all the travel agencies trips were already on the road because of a mistake of enterprise bad service.

Friendly and efficient service. Paid for a Corsa and ended up upgrading to a Gold estate. Difficult to see scratches in the dark but the man helping us had a torch that we could use. Car had a minor fault that was quickly rectified. Overall very happy.

Zero stars. It was so dark that we could barely see anything and required flash lights from our phones to look for evidence of damage. The Enterprise agent advised that the scratch I pointed out on the car was small and fell within their diameter and advised to disregard. The Enterprise agent in Glasgow advised that this couldn't be true and that the diameter of the scratch couldn't be ignored and therefore must charge us. We are disputing the charge. This is the end of our vacation and has really changed our reflection on what otherwise would've been considered a good trip. We will not use Enterprise in future travels.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Stuart, Nicola and Sarah were extremely helpful when collecting the car and David was fantastic when returning. Great customer service, will definitely be recommending!
