Superlative service allied with supreme professionalism at the Edinburgh Airport location has generally been my experience for well over a decade now including on occasions unplanned stressful family responsibilities requiring me to fly back home at very short notice. A few years back I did have reason to complain and the manager in charge resolved the issue entirely as soon as she was aware of it.  Last year I flew in taking an initially short term rental that ultimately turned into a five month rental.  Ben and Sebastien especially and Andrew too (and in reality every member of their team whether the front end team or behind the scenes service team members) at the Edinburgh Airport location ensured that every aspect related to my extended car rental was as smooth and stress free as possible throughout an extremely demanding time for me.  Diplomacy, humour and efficiency were demonstrated consistently as part of their superlative customer service. I simply cannot recommend this Enterprise location highly enough in general and Ben and Sebastien in particular.

The service from the team at Edinburgh Airport was exceptional.
We’d rented a car from the airport which we ended up swapping for another in Aberdeen - simply due to an alert light on the dash and being overly cautious in a rental car.
Long story short, upon arriving back at the airport, the Enterprise staff noticed that there had been a deduction from our rental deposit, for the fuel difference in the vehicle we swapped in Aberdeen - which there was no mention of at the time.
The Enterprise team at Edinburgh Airport scrutinised the deduction that was made and reversed it. All while keeping us up to date on progress before our departure flight. Don’t think we’ve ever experienced such outstanding service anywhere in the world... 
Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a rental car, and will definitely be back.

Was extremely happy with the service provided but notably Sarah at the front desk who was extremely helpful and even remembered me when returning the car. Will be using them again !

READ REVIEWS BEFOREHAND I was scammed by this company. I thought they had positive reviews, however when you read further (including internationally) customers experienced the same issues i did. My car had existing damage that was not picked up on the condition report upon collection  (this location has a poorly lit underground carpark as its base from Euston Station), and was forced to pay for repairs that was not my fault - purely because it was missed by their own staff from the previous customer. They tell you that alloy rims are covered as part of your rental policy - but try to extort money from you FOR EXISTING DAMAGE after. Even had confirmation from the Manager of the Edinburgh branch (where i dropped the car off) that i would not be billed for any more than a tyre that i supposedly damaged, but ended up up receiving an invoice for items they had added on ad-hoc. The 'Manager' of Euston stopped responding to my email enquires after 2 emails, staff of the Damage Recovery section aren't professional via email. ENSURE YOU HAVE PRIVATE INSURANCE
Will not be using this company again nor recommending to anyone.

Very helpful, trustworthy and friendly.

I needed a car for a few hours so I called the same day and asked for availability. The guy on the phone was very helpful and booked a car for me immediately without charging my card. When I arrived at the airport’s rental location there was no queue so I was served immediately and in no time. I just showed my driving license (which by the way is not British) filled a form, paid the fee and that’s it. When I went to collect the car I was told that they run out of small cars (which was the one I ordered and paid for) so they would give me a medium size instead for the same price! After checking the car we were off for our trip. On our way back we realized that we wouldn’t be able to return the car before the depot’s closing time so I gave them a call. The girl on the phone was very polite and said that this was not a problem at all (after all the booking was for 24 hours). She suggested leaving the car keys in a dedicated box and that they would collect it the next morning. She explained that this is a normal procedure and it happens every day as they operate from an airport which is open almost 24/7. Although not feeling very good about that I had no choice, so I did. When I arrived home I received an email thanking me for using their service but I had a problem opening my receipt and my deposit was not refunded so I was a bit concerned. I gave them a call and once again they were very polite and helpful. They said that everything was fine with the car; they resent my receipt and explained that the deposit would be refunded between 3-5 working days. 2 days later, on a Sunday, I received my deposit back. This is the best car rental I’ve used so far and I wouldn’t give anything less than 5 stars.
