Hate them,  Rent a van last Saturday,  pretty good price and told them I need it this Saturday aswell and the triple the price,  I was quite positive and wanted to keep renting from them but no chance.

I’ve got to hand it to Emma and her team for being trained to be the biggest scammers I’ve ever come in contact with. First things first we rented a car in Glasgow and delivered it to Edinburgh. We noticed a small dent and a few scratches to the rims before we left and told one of the employees, he took out his tablet and to our knowledge marked it in the system. Nice staff in Glasgow and no hassle. That was till we arrived here and they try to claim there was no prior knowledge of these marks. As well as stating the car was not full on fuel. As part of our “damage claim” we have proof that our tank was above the full line. After arguing this inside it was cute to see how in sync everyone is with the same rehearsed lines. Besides the scratch issue being a whole other story, we asked what the reasoning for the gas charge was and she stated that we were under. When asked where the proof in that was she said oh let us just put it under the machine to see how much is missing before we debate this. So if it had not been under said machine to note it wasn’t completely full why already set the charge? Then a whole other list of reasonings/ opinions followed from their end. When asked for proof that gas was only allowed to be “put in near 5 miles within the vicinity” she flipped through the contract and came up empty. Good thing customer service is aware of the scams from this particular location and a picture was taken on their end with proof! DO NOT rent from here! Traveled 20+ countries and never dealt with this nonsense.

Helpful staff and easy rental process. Rates were a bit higher than I'm used to, but overall service was great.
