Always very clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Always a good selection of cake to have with your coffee. Good benefits for members.
Went to see the Lego movie but unfortunately due to an issue with the screening we were unable to see it. Still giving it five stars as despite not being able to see the Lego movie, the staff did not get his name but I believe he was the manager was apologetic and compensated us. We were able to watch another movie with complimentary snacks/drinks!
The movie was great but the atmosphere wasn't right, people were talking all throughout the movie behind and in front of us. It's also very difficult to get to your seats especially if your seats are located in the middle since there is no leg room in between the seats. Whenever we've visited VUE cinema, we never had any of these issues at all, so I shall always recommend VUE if you want to enjoy your movie properly!
The staff were really great and super friendly! Nice chilled out place. Quite quiet at the showing which makes a nice change as people weren't sitting on top of you.
Untidy and no staff checking tickets. No legroom to speak of. Maybe if you are 5 foot and under you will be comfortable but not the majority of people. In my opinion not up to Picturehouse standards
attended here on the fri 14th oct, after having tickets for a cinema close by but couldn’t get into that venue because the lift wasn’t working - the staff at picture house stratford were friendly, welcoming and helpful to me as i’m a wheelchair user and mum / carer is a mobility scooter user. i couldn’t ask for a better experience. will definitely be choosing this cinema as my first choice from now on! lift was working, good wheelchair accessible toilet and great wheelchair space in the screen rooms. thank you!
We were in screen2 the seat are really bad no leg room. I am 5'3" and my knees were really hurting me due to no leg room. Lucky there was no one setting behind me I had to raise myself up and seat on the edge of the seat facing upright. They need to sort the seating.
I love this cinema! Good variety of show times and screens. Food prices for popcorn and drinks. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. During the pandemic I had just had cancer surgery and asked staff if they could keep me seated away from people and they reassured me saying they’d block nearby seats so I would be safe. Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful actions.
Great purpose built cinema. Friendly and helpful staff, adequate number of screens, upstairs bar etc. Pocket friendly membership options available so remember to ask about this if you will be visiting at least 3 times a year. Totally worth it.
Smaller than other Picturehouse, they have great and friendly staff. Much more affordable than other cinemas. Walking distance from Westfield and Starford East Village.
