It’s a nice small cinema. Isn’t as busy as it used to be before Covid. Reasonable ticket prices, lower if you book online. Snacks are overpriced but they have a decent range. People working behind the food counters, can work more efficiently. Security need to keep an eye on trouble makers, often those causing the problem are never asked to leave, instead those telling trouble makers to stop are escorted out.
Frankly speaking this place has declined in various areas over the years and its awfully sad to see this. There were no hot drinks and on the last visit there were other shortcomings too. The staff are fairly nice but Cineworld is a business that has been failing and the pressure is witnessed throughout the whole business including lack of repairs and cleanliness. The seats need a refurb, mine was of a poor state. Overall this place survives because of the great films that are on show. I do like the larger screens, they're massive. Overall, sad to say, below mediocre. Sparkling customer service is what's missing from this place. But it's an easy fix! Staff need a morale boost and with a little training they can really excel. After all this place has a lot of history and great memories! Fingers crossed things improve.
I had lost my bag , however I had the most accommodating team ever. Zainab and her colleague had come out of the cinema , into the restaurant that I had left it at to help me find it. The manager had then swiftly looked at the CCTV and had confirmed that I didn’t have any bag walking into the cinema. Lovely staff, thank you ! ! My university degree was in that bag LAPTOP
Great local cinema complex - a stones throwaway from the heart of the Ilford Town centre. Lot's parking available near-by. Plenty of halal restaurants all around. The ticket prices are not extortionate but like most cinemas they'll make that back on the food. Can't go wrong - highly recommended.
Became completely Asian cinema. The maintenance quality has really dropped to worst. Toilet facilities not enough. Some of the seating is stained. This may be purely to do with the audience but maintenance team will have to step up. As to do with any cinema, snacks are ridiculously too expensive. Ticket prices are high compared to other good cinemas.
In all honesty, this place should be avoided like the plague: their staff are rude, especially the fat Indian lady who stands at the entrance of the cinema halls and Henna stationed at the ice-cream parlour! Their managers are quiet quitters! You complain to their head office, but no favourable response comes your way! – Nothing is worth your peace of mind; you’re better off going elsewhere or waiting for the film shown on Netflix or Amazon. Shame on you, Cineworld
Has everything you’d want from a cinema. Large screen, tasty snacks and nice atmosphere. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the snacks are a bit pricey but still a good place to watch the latest movies
Just watched avatar today 12.30 Xmas eve in room 7 freezing cold no heating on. What a joke told members of staff firstly he said takes time to warm I said are you joking me 3 hour film he said complain to customer service. You are supposed to be warm in cinema .shame on you I should get refunded
Good atmosphere, Good seatings, but doubt sound system quality as I have been in 2/3 Audi's only. Have to check remaining Audi's also. Overall Good experimence. They also have monthly packages with pretty good.
The staff can be very lazy, even when you have people queuing up for entering the theatre halls. I wouldn't say, they are not properly trained, yet they are unwilling to do their best at workwith whatever I've seen.
