Massive Dunelm store with everything you in for your home, garden etc. Has a cute little cafe in at the back so you can rest and refuel up if you get tired for walking around. Great products at great prices. So many things to look at and decide where to go in your home even though you wasn’t planning to pay it. Note - they do not accept American Express cards only visa or Mastercard
Plenty of stock and easy to get around. We visited the cafe. The coffee was very hot and they don't serve full fat milk, a pity. Anyway, we will not be going back to that cafe.
Our latest purchase was the rug and I like it a lot. My kids love it, they said is so soft and they like the colour.
This Dunelm is a good example of the shops. A good size, well stocked, and reasonable prices. They do fabric by the meter which these days is hard to find. I have always found the staff to be very helpful. Reasonable amount of parking available on site.
Made a online purchase for some winter basics which included two fluffy covered hot water bottles , arranging C&C from the Hemel store . Approx half an hour after placing the order I got a call from the store explaining that one of my items was unavailable and would I like to choose an alternative - which I did Went to collect in store today to find that the assistant who phoned regarding the substitute item had continued to look for my original choice of item and had actually located it and left it with the items for collection so I could still have a choice when I collected my purchases Lovely assistant who really went the extra mile for me of her own accord . Store is always so neat and tidy and well displayed , staff both on the floor and tills always do helpful - nothing too much trouble It’s a pleasure to shop in this store Thank you
The click and collect is incredibly fast. My order was ready almost instantly. And they have someone at the door to serve click and collect customers. The staff are always very friendly. They even make an effort to talk to my young children everytime I go in with them.
Shop is good in general and has lots of different stock, unfortunately I always have bad experience when I visit. The service is terrible. No one of the employees offers help when you ask. On my last visit, I was looking for two glass lamp shades, and the ones on display were broken, so I asked if there is a chance they have more in stock on the back that I could get instead. The employee did not check at all, just said they probably haven't got more, and all should be taken out. I was disappointed. At least he could have checked. You can't expect me to get the broken ones from the display. I'm very disappointed!
Easy to find,can be seen from main road. Reasonable amount of parking not only at front of store. Inside is large ,bright & airy. Good selection of soft furnishings & kitchen ware.
I went in fir some wool and got some samples of the wallpaper that I liked. Lovely lady at the checkout. Till number 9. Friendly and helpful
Just had to return a Fogarty duvet, that all the stitching had come undone on. The staff at the til were lovely and helpful and asked for proof of purchase, and the manager gave me another in replacement. Thank you and Fogarty 0/10 I am going to check the stitching on this duvet.
