Hardly ever answer phone. When they do they never call back when they say they will. Wrong size carpet delivered. Fitter spilled something on carpet and has denied it. I have had to do a 20 mile round trip 4 times to speak to someone. Still no resolution to our problem. Shocking post sale and customer service. Buy somewhere else.
It was a very good day out looking for carpets for my new home, Carly was very helpful with giving me information about carpets and helping me pick the perfect one, also gave me some ideas about beds. If you do come to this shop I highly recommend Carly, however all the staff are helpful
Very,Very satisfied. A man called Alem and his colleague was very friendly and professional. He was able to whatever he could to get our carpet fitted. It was finished to a high quality standard. Very happy about how they managed with such time.

Booked a measure up mid october, lad came late october, then not heard for several weeks despite chasing. Now have missed xmas deadline and still no samples or quotes. Called today to ask for some response to my emails and was told to drop my atitude... Won't be back.
Carpetright is a decent size store in Apsley with a wide range of flooring products to choose from - all at a reasonable price. So far, so good, right? They come to your property and measure up for free. There's never any real 'pressure selling' or anything. Still all good? Then you pay the bulk up front and the rest normally roughly 10-20% is due on the day in cash to the actual fitters. Now comes the problem. Whether you're happy or not with the end result totally depends on who you have fitting your carpet/flooring. I've used Carpetright a few times purely because they are cheap, but each time, although the product itself is excellent, it's the fitters who let them down. The first time they left me with a vinyl floor in a toilet that prevents the door from locking anymore. The second time I thought I'd be clever and paint all the skirtingboards before the carpet was put down i.e. so splashes of paint doesn't wreck the new carpet. However, the fitters must have slammed into the freshly-painted skirting board so much while they put the carpet down, it looked like it had been painted years ago plus one of the fitters made a weird comment about my bare legs as we went upstairs - I'm a man and he was a man, too. The third time they came they were supposed to put some vinyl down as well but forgot the underlay and it was the devil's own job getting them back. Like I say, Carpetright's products are all great. The service they provide is great - but just cross your fingers as to who your fitters are and the job they do.
Customer service is rubbish . Ok if they can’t talk with you at that moment because busy , can be diplomatic about it . Lost £6k plus of sales today . Went to My local Carpet dealer and much better customer service .
Never answer the phone, fitters don’t follow very clear instructions, come to fit late at night, don’t return keys on time. Nightmare!
I can not say enough how helpful the staff are in the shop especially Martin & Carly . Just haveing to wait for the fitting to be carried out now.
