One word of advice, never pay for anything in advance via 'special orders desk', they are good at sales, take your money for large expensive items i.e. full kitchen with all the appliances (as in my case) - and then either deliver the wrong items, and/or in bits and drabs over several weeks/months. Knock-on effects are disastrous and expensive in extra unexpected costs as well as stress, relationships both at home and with tradesmen you are forced to muck about with false promised dates and work. I have been strung along to a point where I wonder if they are legally even able to get away with such poor treatment of their customers. customers. The staff are nice, helpful and friendly - but are tied by corporate 'systems' that don't work well enough and where they are - without knowing it - lying to customers. I have spent thousands of pounds at Bunnings as I trusted them. In terms of my complaint, I've been told to write in. Corporate responsibility is clearly an area of business they neither care about and know little about. The place is good for shopping off the shelf i.e. only pay for what you can have in hand. Don;t bother with their bathroom range - awful, below normal standards of quality and over priced.

Brought our tap for the kitchen from here at a great price. The tail pipes were not long enough but they helped me out and the extenders were half price also so I was happy. Great staff that seem happy and friendly and genuinely want to help.

Completely disgraceful customer service!! I ordered my kitchen end of feb beginning of March, now it’s April and I still have a door missing. Instead of my door I was sent three DRAWERS! I was sent extra things I didn’t need as well as a cabinet I went in store specifically to cancel! Not recommending this place to anyone! Go to their competitors and avoid the unnecessary stress!

Fantastic! Lots of great stuff you don’t find in most diy stores. The staff are friendly and actually know what they are talking about. They have learnt about the products and enjoy telling you. I will be shopping here lots!
