Lilly and Ryan too were super helpful right through from selecting tiles through initial order through supplying additional tiles on short demand to post completion of our major project. They were able to ensure that we had best choice at the outset and full support and excellent customer service throughout. Their ability to create a relaxed supportive environment is not matched by any other tile supplier we visited and we visited a lot. Lilly and Ryan and their team know what they are doing and they have an excellent range of tiles and ancillary equipment to offer. It was genuinely a pleasure, Lilly went out of her way to support us and she felt like a natural, enthusiastic and essential part of our team on delivering this big project to the best possible outcome. Always a good service from the Topps guys in Hemel Store, Ryan, Bob, Liv and Lily are always quick and useful at helping us with items we need. They go above and beyond for us. Always keeping us up to date with our orders. Extremely nice to our trades too which is a bonus. When we telephone in they always answer with 'Hello HRM' which is always nice! Fantastic customer service. The whole team have always been so welcoming and are really knowledgeable about their products. They always go the extra mile to help, even securing and ordering in tiles from another store for me. My boyfriend and I had been in a few times and were very indecisive but they never got impatient or pushy. They give an honest opinion and my boyfriend now has a beautiful bathroom thanks to them! Thank you so much to Bob, Ryan, Lilly and Olivia for all your help.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, first over the phone and then on multiple occasions with my various click and collect orders. They dealt with my order expeditiously from the time I ordered to the point I collected. I would have no hesitation recommended them or using them again. If only other providers were so helpful.
Just wanted to say how helpful and professional the two staff members were last Saturday morning. They went the extra mile in helping to find the right colour tiles to match our curtain fabric. They are very patient and knowledgeable. Thank you.
