They're really good! Got my bike fixed up and they were very transparent about what they were doing and didn't try oversell me. They told me about work that they thought might need to be done but in the end wasn't as bad as they thought so I ended up getting charged less! Very honest and reliable guys fixing the bikes there! 100% recommend if your bike's been sat in the garage for years and you want to ride it again

 I would not buy from Halfords just went there today to get a new battery and they gave me a old one You can see the rust on the bolts as well as dents and it isn’t even fully charged and it’s got dirt and dust on it. They won’t give me my money back or swap it. Can see the white one that I was replacing it for

Excellent and prompt service from two very helpful assistants.  My new battery was ordered on Sunday afternoon and fitted first thing Bank Holiday Monday morning.  Well done to the team at Hemel Hempstead

Immediately able to change headlights. No queuing, it was a weekday. Also did Winter Checks for free under the membership scheme. Issued detailed list of completed checks. No hidden extras. Very pleased with the service by both mechanics.

Tereza fixed my headlight and did the 10 point check. She gave me a lot of advice on how to handle what needed to be repaired on my car. Honestly, you've got a gem there in the form of this employee. All your staff were highly professional as well, on my visit this morning. I will surely visit again.

Popped into get the brakes sorted. Sam not only sorted them for us but he also adjusted the saddle to my son's height and tightened the chain as well - without being asked. Really nice bloke who went the extra mile for us.

Arrived on Christmas Eve to collect my sons bike and was greeted by Peter. Also know as PJ  Him and his colleague  sorry I didn’t get his name kindly went over and above to help me and advised me on my new purchased and even were able to upsell me. Many thanks to the very helpful and friendly Dianne who fitted a replacement tail light bulb to my Zafira and also put a lot of time and effort in to locating a replacement exterior mirror for me. Refreshing to have a great customer experience.

Went in to the Hemel store on Friday 13th January to pick up some bike tyres,tubes and brake pads , i was met at the bottom of the stairs by Debbie, who asked if i needed assistance as i was struggling to get up the stairs to the bike hut , i explained that due to my health issues that i struggle with stairs, she not only supervised me up the stairs to the bike hut , but she also helped me pick out the bits i required, she knew exactly what the items were that i wanted then she helped carry them back downstairs supervising me to the tills , not only was she polite, courteous and knowledgeable but she was also very caring and understanding . what ever you are paying her , it needs to be doubled as she is the type of employee that a company needs to keep hold of , She is an employee that all other staff members should aspire to be like . 1
