I ordered 4 items from Absolute Snow this morning and have to say the experience has been 1st class. I have received detailed emails at each stage so far (purchase confirmation, update email after selection of items by warehouse staff, second confirmation of items selected at packaging stage by a separate member of staff and finally a confirmation  of pickup by UK Post with tracking number provided).  Assuming the delivery arrives tomorrow as expected this will have been by far the best and most transparent online order I've ever purchased. It's not often you can say this but Amazon could learn a thing or two.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Really helpful support from the guys over the phone, absolutely outstanding. Explained I had 5 days before I'm due to fly out and the team managed to get me turned around with new skis -- bindings fitted, ready-to-go -- in just over 24hrs, including delivery half-way across the country, in the aftermath of some of the worst weather we've had in years, no less. As if that wasn't enough, they also offer price matching. Unbeatable service, will definitely be looking to these guys first in the future. Thank you.

Have made two purchases recently with Absolute Snow and they have been first class in their in every aspect of their delivery including customer service, online functionality, and communication. I made my initial purchase online for home delivery. The fit of one of the products wasn't right. As I was in the area I popped into the store and I would recommend if you can you visit. You can try on as many items as you need to from the website straight away in store to ensure you get the right item. This combine with a huge selection makes them hard to beat. The staff are all very friendly and incredibly fast and efficient in store and online. Can't recommend them enough.

Exceptional customer service. Not just once, on many occasions. Dealing with unusual delivery requests, dealing very satisfactorily with warranty claims, offering experienced advice.  I work in the the snowsport industry and Reputation means a lot. I buy my gear from brands I have heard good things about. Now its time to recommend a retailer. I will be buying basically exclusively from Absolute  Snow, cant say fairer than that!

Very Impressed! I Made a purchase for a Burton Ski Jacket. Had 3 emails letting me know that it was being picked, packaged and then posted. My items came well packaged, and quickly. Amazing service from this business, will 100% be using again, so much better than some of the bigger brand business selling similar product.
