Placed an order with Debenhams on line, delivery company Hermes stated that is was delivered and signed for on 12/12/2017 at 08:19 am requested a copy of the signature from Hermes but still have not received it, have contacted Debenhams but again I am awaiting a reply, I would not class this as a good service from both companies. I never received the package and I am very annoyed with both companies

I realise they have a lot of Christmas temp staff, but they need better training. For a fairly simple querey I was passed to 4 different staff members, and was given 4 different answers. In the end, it was easier to go home and order the item online myself!

Everytime I gone here is mostly for perfume the cashier incorrectly informed me of some discount price saying the discount was the price, I reiterated what she had said, she really didn't catch on but I then Loved to be informed how many security guards are available with her smug face and mine simply looking at her like she the biggest idiot ever.... Also other time I have entered here simply wishing to buy make up told I was not able to due to some staff member not being present. Bunch of stuck up idiot staff who really feel customers are for them not the other way around.

This is a rating of the customer service from outside the store. Awaiting delivery of suit hire for a wedding and have been calling the store non stop for 3 days! No answer. Then email to complain - generic we will reply in 24 hours. Try calling head office call centre again only to give up due to the automotive service saying your call is important to us. Customer service = 0!! Seemed promising in the store originally.
