Watch their pricing. Shop can be a lot more expensive than their website. My father was charged £7.79 for a bottle of Parker ink and £11.49 for 2 Parker ball point refills. Total £19.28. When I looked at their website, prices were £4.36 and £5.99. Total £10.35. Shop charged him nearly double the price! I rang up to complain and the guy agreed with me. If I could be bothered to drive back there, I'd reorder the items online and take them back. Not happy!

Not happy with they're insurance policy, wanted to cancel before 45 days. The company is in areas and i have been  told that i can not do anything about insurance, i will be stuck with this insurance either i want or not. Take's second's  to take money of people, and never able to give it back. The manager in the shop was having an attitude like it was my fault that i can not get my money back. Never buying something from here, ever. Waste of money, and they do not care about they're customers. Only about they're own profit.

Very unimpressed. Very little stock or choice, with most of the shop floor given over to empty space. The prices were eye-watering. 9.99 for 10 bulldog clips for example. Most stuff far, far cheaper online. We had a long shopping list and left empty handed. We'll pay a small premium for the convenience of buying on the high street, but not a 100% mark-up. I suspect their days on the high street are coming to an end.

One of the stationary and office furniture shop in Hemel. Staff is friendly and helpful. It's always good to take your furniture measurements before going to here, it will help you to sizing.

Very bad print service, don't know what they are doing, make mistakes and try to charge for a second print to do it correctly. Very very expensive and rude. Avoid.

Everyone knows this. But I want to contribute to the cause. The price on the website is more than half of the price that what I have bought today. I bought it because I need it but this store is always the last option that I choose when I need to buy something.

Daylight robbery. £3 ‘media handling charge’ to print 1 x b/w A4 piece of paper. Disgraceful

Good, if you need something right away, if not go online as it's cheaper.

Fine for a high street shop of this kind. Cheaper online of course but you can't see what you're buying online
