Location is great, with many nearby restaurants. It is just a 6-minute walk to the shopping mall and shopping street. The Leeds train station is just next to the hotel The staff is friendly and nice. We had an issue at check-in, which was delayed due to a global Hilton issue, but the manager was amazing in handling the situation. I would like to thank the manager; he was really nice and helpful. The room is nice, well decorated, and has a nice view. The sky bar is an amazing place at the top of the hotel. Housekeeping was wonderful. I love the hotel and definitely recommend it. The hotel is very nice and clean, very good customer service however am so disappointed by the space available for coach and deliveries. In order to access the hotel, the coach has to reverse, which seems risky when visibility is limited. The metal bars beside the bridge towards the hotel need some sort of visibility reflection. Otherwise the hotel has a very beautiful view and close to train station.
Big fan of the sensible plug options both sides of the bed, USB options etc. Rooms are a good size but could've been cleaner. My duvet cover had a hole in it. The gym was well set up. Breakfast was really goodRooms: 3/5
The hotel is in a fantastic location. The staff are amazing, very polite and bubbly. The rooms are new and modern, great value for money.The only problem I had was the memory foam and mattress was very hard and I found it difficult to sleep. Personal prevention I suppose.Rooms: 3/5
Stayed here for 3 nights for a short city break and really enjoyed it. We paid for an upgrade and had a good view over the canal area. The room was well equipped and super comfortable. If we had one very small issue, it was with the lifts, and occasionally, a large queue would form/you'd have to wait for a long time for a lift that wasn't already full. Ate in the restaurant for dinner, friendly and welcoming staff, and enjoyable food. The breakfast is buffet style and there is a great range of products to choose from, and you can also order from the menu. I would definitely stay here again. Rooms: Well equipped and comfortable. Walkability: Leeds Railway station is very close by. The city centre is walkabout but not via the station.
Great from the check in! The women who checked us in sorry I didn’t catch your name was lovely and we got a free warm cookie that was so nice! Rooms were amazing, we booked the king executive guest room and the beds were so comfy omg!! Amazing view of the canal and city. Great facilities like iron, hair dryer, free bottles of water in the fridge on arrival, shampoo, condition etc. By far the best Hilton I have ever stayed in. Would 100% come back just for the beds. Also went up to the sky bar for bottomless brunch. Didn’t try and of the other restaurants in the hotel but there is a lovely Italian outside. Great location with pubs and shops around.
The beds and pillows are like sleeping on clouds! Check in very friendly. Parking expensive but it is the city centre so to be expected. Porridge at breakfast was very good. Rooms are new and mines over looked the canal which was a nice touch.Rooms: 5/5
Not our first stay here but it has been a little while since I was last here as we moved onto the Novotel for a while. Just stayed here for two nights though and it was as good as ever, lovely room looking onto the canal, spotlessly clean. Breakfast great with lovely staff. The hotel is just in such a good location, some lovely bars right outside on the Wharf, Archies and The Hop Salt - Huck a Buck the ale of choice for me.. then it’s only a five minute walk into the centre. You can also get a water taxi to Leeds Dock for £3 if you didn’t fancy walking over that way. Never used a digital room key either, this was the first time and it worked a treat you can get a physical room key also Just a lovely place to stay. Nearby activities: Bars, restaurants etc Walkability: Five minutes from the town centre
Love this hotel. Great location a few yards from the rear entrance of Leeds train station and right next to the canal. Beautiful hotel inside with a great rooftop bar that has fantastic views. They really look after Diamond members with room upgrades, free drinks vouchers and even a la carte dishes on the breakfast menu. Staff are friendly and professional. This is always my hotel of choice when visiting Leeds
I have been repeatedly staying for one or two nights a month for work. Firstly the breakfast is an incredible option's for all dietary requirements, including gluten-free. Freshly laid out healthy and delicious. The room sizes are generous with plenty of space to work or work out. Free bottled water in the fridge coffee no tea facilities. The gym is also fair for a hotel gym with some free weights and machines. Please lower your expectations, and then you'll be pleasantly surprised. The location is central and right on the canal, so it is primed for a morning walk or run.
