This lovely hotel is quite big but still has the lovely, personable feel of a smaller hotel. The location is amazing. Close enough to the town centre for bars, restaurants, theatres etc. but far enough to get a good night's sleep. Just round the corner from the train station so perfect location. The staff are amazing and couldn't be more friendly. I stayed as a lady by herself and felt very safe and comfortable. Highly recommend
The staff was incredible. Very helpful and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. The price point was exactly what I needed for this trip, and the location was perfect as I had to utilize the train station, which was right across the street
Pro: The hotel is super convenient to the train station. Also everyone working at the hotel was friendly and nice. Con: our room smelled so bad like the person before us was sick in the bathroom and was only barely cleaned before we arrived.Rooms: 1/5
stay for one night, solo travel in a double room, requested a quiet room which was very nice. The room is tidy and has enough space, only things were the bathroom, bit old and not enough hot water, the heater seems not working either, the hair dryer is not working very well, but luckily the front desk staff helped me find one! is a male with glasses! thank you for your help which absolutely saved me.
Had a really good night's kip. Friendly and informative service from the staff. The continental breakfast was a bit lacklustre, but otherwise the room size was fantastic and it was definitely worth the price.Rooms: 5/5
Good for a short stay. We were given a very noisy above a bar. But the hotel is not too blame. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.Rooms: 4/5
Great location, for Leeds Station and the city centre. This is not a luxury hotel, by any means, and doesn't pretend it is. However it's functional, resonably clean. The staff were friendly, and helpful. The continental breakfast was fine . Resonably cheap room rate.Rooms: 3/5
Size of room was ok. Overpriced however for overall experience by 40-50% imo. Paper thin door. Loud people walking in hall yapping away at all hours of the night as typical Brit’s do in their drunken stupor. Not hotels fault. Don’t go if you expect a good nights sleep. Building is old and floors are creakyRooms: 2/5
I've spent more than a week at this hotel. Location is very great , rooms are comfortable . The blond receptionist from Spain is a very nice professional girl. I really recommend it.Rooms: 5/5
Basic hotel, clean and reasonable rates, located centrally, what more you want for a 1 night stay over to attend an event in the city. Nearby activities: 10 mins walk to Leeds arena
