Great hotel in awesome location. Had our room ready at 11am. Breakfast buffet far exceeded any breakfast I've ever had at any other hotel I've ever stayed in. Love the courtyard entry way off the main street. Very comfy beds and the windows actually open.Rooms: 5/5
The hotel is modern and in the heart of the city. The rooms are beautiful and well equipped. Our issue was our room overlooked the main road, the room was hot and the air conditioning was not working properly so we opened the window to let some air in. Unfortunately you also let in the madness of a city centre on a crazy Saturday night. Needless to say we did not get much sleep. The breakfast is very good which made up a bit for the lack of sleep but we won’t be returning.
Fabulous overnight stay with my friend. Check in with Nona was flawless, very warm and welcoming. Bedroom spacious clean and comfortable. Lourdes made sure we had everything we needed. Exec lounge very welcoming by Paul, Eve and Andrew. Nice relaxing area with great food and beverage. Thank you all for a great stay. Rooms: Fabulous size with comfy bed
Very helpful staff, great room, three of us had a twin, right near the railway station, didn’t go to gino di campo restaurant but it looked good. We did go to the bar though. Espresso martini, shown, was a little too frothy and the spicy Margarita was very spicy! Also, they have a peloton, two! NB there is currently building work outside
Great for a work stop over, quick and easy check in and out and the Gino restaurant on site was amazing the food and service were excellent. Definitely be back here again. 9/9/24 another visit and another great experience super quick check in followed by a fantastic meal in the Gino restaurant.Rooms: 5/5
I attended a conference on 24/5/24. Refreshments and lunch were good quality and plentiful. The conference rooms were well equipped and comfortable. The toilets were perfectly clean. I cannot comment on the rooms as I didn't stay, but no option to not rate them. Would recommend for conference use.
Fabulous hotel with great staff. The breakfast is really good and the hotel restaurant is Italian with amazing food. Rooms are comfortable and quite large for standard Marriott rooms.a lot of music venues, eateries and bars within close walking distance.Rooms: 5/5
Stayed with work. The staff was welcoming. Big spacious room and clean. The room is well equipped. Walking distance to the train station and city centre. Really handy to get a quick bite to eat and drink.Rooms: 5/5
A Mixed Experience at Marriott Leeds I recently stayed at the Marriott Leeds hotel, and while there were some positive aspects, the overall experience was disappointing. The hotel appears to be somewhat outdated and worn out, with lifts that make strange noises and are uncomfortable to use. The staff is friendly and tries to be helpful, but sometimes they are unable to resolve issues. One major problem is the lack of adapters for charging electronic devices - there wasn't a single adapter available for the entire hotel! On the positive side, the room was clean and well-maintained. However, there are issues with soundproofing, as the nearby train station and bars with loud music until late at night make it difficult to rest. The bathroom has been renovated, but the layout is inconvenient, with the sink and toilet too close together, making it uncomfortable to use. The old air conditioning unit in the room is also quite loud. Overall, I would say that this hotel falls short of its 4-star rating. While the staff tries their best, the hotel's infrastructure and amenities need improvement to provide a comfortable and restful stay for guests. Rooms: Bad soundproof
