Stayed several times. Always friendly and helpful staff. Rooms comfortable. Perfect location just a short walk from the station, shops, bars and restaurants. Breakfast is great if you have a hearty appetite I however wish there was a smaller and cheaper option for those with a smaller appetite.Rooms: 5/5
Very good location, just next to the train station and walking distance to the restaurants/bars in the city centre. Big room with a big and comfortable bed. The only thing i missed were fresh vegetables during breakfast.Rooms: 4/5
Nice hotel, good location, just 5 minutes to the City center, Metro station, and another 1-2 minutes to the National Rail Leeds City station. Breakfast had good options. Rooms were nice and big, smelled fresh. Staff was attentive. They have very beautiful restaurant at site. Overall a great value for money amd one of the best hotels in the City Center. Rooms: Rooms were spacious. Toilet is divided in 2 parts. Walkability: 5-6 mins to city center and Metro/National rail station. Food & drinks: Breakfast had great options even for vegetarians + 3 types of egg preparation. Noteworthy details: Wash room is seperated, one has the shower and the Basin, and the other one is Toilet only. Both are private.
Decent sized rooms, very comfortable beds, tea coffee and caramel log The receptionist was very helpful and friendly to us on arrival, nothing was too much trouble, she helped us with the car park. Breakfast was delicious. All hot food was lovely with a good range. Nespresso machine nice added touch at breakfast. We came along with our dog, nice to accomodate pets. Would stay again
Lovely hotel, all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Particularly reception and the foodar areas. The rooms are spotless, with a giant tv and comfortable bed and pillows. Kettle in the room was spotless along with a mini fridge, water and milk, to accompany the tea/coffee facilities. I had a very peaceful nights sleep, with no banging doors or noise from adjoining rooms. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. i felt very safe here Car park is good value at £15 compared to other surrounding parking and has direct access to the hotel, but quite tight for larger vehicles.
Convenient location. Weird room set-up though, toilets are separate and bathrooms quite small. Room was ok, comfortable bed, but the cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better, unpleasant stains in the bathtub and mold around it. Been to much better hotels, seen worse too.Rooms: 3/5
Very well located near the town centre with a nice bar and underground parking. A great breakfast choice with classic full English and continental selections. A great thank you for the above and beyond service from Karina that made our stay a wonderful experience. Walkability: 10 minutes walk from the high street
Really welcoming receptionist and lovely superior room 611. The bed was sooo comfortable, and I really liked the fact that there was a separate toilet rather than it being in the bathroom. It's so close to the railway station too. Will definitely stay with you again.Rooms: 5/5
Really good stay, convenient, clean, friendly, great amenities. Parking scenario was a little crazy though staff were helpful in finding spaces. Not enough convenient sockets in the room to plug in for work. Had to plan charging phone and laptops. But I'd stay there again.Rooms: 4/5
We've visited a couple of times now, and the rooms are lovely here. Actual large screen TV which is always nice, and plenty of space with everything you'd need. The actual hotel is lovely inside too and has a really nice bar. There's also parking under the building which is great so that you don't have to search for parking in Leeds!
