I did not become aggressive to stay what's so ever. I have all messages saved and emails that the company are now not responding to. It seems from other reviews if issues are raised the owner becomes defensive and takes no responsibility to their faults. They offer a refund and then refuse.
Great central location, lovely rooms high levels of cleanliness through out . Complementary drink on arrival and vouchers to use at local bars. Great range of snacks and got and cold beverages available at no extra charge during your stay.
Such a wonderful experience. Warm welcome and lovely rooms that are styled beautifully. Will definitely be coming back soon
Room was lovely, staff are really helpful and couldnt do enough for us. Location is brilliant as everything you need is just outside, shops, bars etc. Free drinks at the hotel for an hour is amazing and free snacks is also great. Never experienced this much hospitality at any other hotel. Thanks for a great stay.
One of the nicest boutique hotels I have stayed at, staff so helpful and friendly, would deffo recommend in Leeds city centre perfect for a night out or day shopping!
One of best boutique hotels I have stayed at! Will deffinately stay again! Bit noisy but free drink vouchers and ear plugs in room covers the problem. Prime location in Leeds city centre thank you for having us
