Wonderful place. Service was lovely, staff very kind and chatty and friendly. Gave us information and options on arrival. Room was clean and beds were comfy. The room was always warm too. I would come back again. It didn't feel like I was in Leeds, you don't hear the city life let alone the hotel
Stayed for a night as a conference delegate. Staff were very helpful. The room was large and bathroom well finished. Lovely toiletries and a good selection of tea and coffee in the room. Huge, comfortable bed. The building is well located and very attractive. Conference room was lovely and food excellent. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent hotel with amazing staff On my second visit this weekend. I have to say I love this hotel . But I feel unbelievable let down. I have emailed twice without reply and so disgusted.
Rooms are small, I suppose that's what Victorian hotels are like. A good table service and hot cooked breakfasts were good though. Its also close by to Leeds train station.
Great service, brilliant location. But paper thin walls, and being awoken every time the flush in the room above mine goes off really were big minuses for me. I was unable to sleep. However, food was good. I had breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also bathroom is tiny. Sink is virtually on top of the loo!
