BEWARE - BEWARE - BEWARE. Been forced to send solicitor letter and issuing of court papers. You should judge a company by how they react when things go wrong, not when it all runs smoothly. This company and its Directors have not reached any sort of good standard by putting all their efforts into trying to avoid all responsibility. You, as a customer, are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. It does not matter what the warranty is that is offered by a dealer, this is in ADDITION to your statutory rights that the vehicle you buy from them must be "of satisfactory quality" and "fit for purpose". These rights are for six months from the time of purchase - as such, any warranty offered by a dealer should at the very least cover the first 6 months of ownership (and you cannot sign away your legal rights). Further protection is provided for up to six years. Do not be fobbed off by a dealer if they say it is "out of warranty". A lot of dealers know the rules, but pretend they don't exist. Look how they treated the young mother reported in a previous review. As for them saying they don't remove bad reviews on the Google platform !? I think this is something that is controlled by Google, not by "Deals In Wheels"

I would definitely say this garage is one of the best, very friendly and helpful, after reading some other reviews i did worry but they were decent honest people, I feel I must give this a review as it’s been unfairly critizted and from what I can gather it’s because a car has encountered a fault, months after the sale.. these guys do stick to what there meant to be doing but if you buy a used car it’s not going to be perfect and you will have to spend a bit of money for general wear and tear! The same goes with every vehicle! If the company paid out for every fault after the car has gone past its Warrenty they wouldn’t be making any money! However if your car is in warrenty they wouldn’t have an issue, which is a lot better than the last garage I brought from who told me to go away a week after I brought a car!!

Exellent other than a few minor issues so far so good with my vw golf, still running after 3 months with no major issues came here on a recomendation and glad I did also willing to resolve issues and questions I had within the 3 month Warrents period a bit of a sticky one with vehicles as issues may not come to light within good time hence why I've left the review after the Warrenty period I got we also maintain our statutory rights too pleased from day 1 thanks guys will certainly be going back whilst your in charge Cheers Wayne

Con men! Hard working single mum who saved up enough to buy myself a fairly new Audi A4. Found what I thought was the perfect car, viewed, test drove and purchased on the day. 3 months and 1 week later, I was driving along when it started loosing power, I was told the clutch may be slipping. This wasn't an issue, I booked into the garage to get the problem sorted even though an expensive job for such a new car (62 plate). Upon going into the garage I had a call to say that the whole gearbox was knackered and dangerous to be driving, especially with a young child in the car too! The mechanics had never seen anything quite like it. Deals on wheels were called straight away to help solve the issue but didn't want to know, saying I had it cheap anyway! This car was MOT'd and serviced aprox a month before I bought it so the damage would have been picked up but instead it's had a dodgy stamp in the book. I've been informed that Deals on Wheels say from the photos I've sent that the car must have had a big impact underneath to cause such damage, but wasn't there when they sold me the car. If this is the case then why is the cover underneath the car not damaged? I've only driven the car 3000 miles in the last 3 months to school and work. I am appalled at your level of customer service, to buy a newish car I thought would last me for years to come to now be left with a car I can't even drive. Not only that but to be blamed that the cause of this issue must have been my fault is disgusting. Thanks Deals on wheels, I'm now £7450 out of pocket and had to resort to buying a cheap £500 car because you've conned me out of all my savings! Hope your happy with yourself!

Avoid ,lied about how many previous owners the car had .Heard other bad reports after making enquiries.
