Just brought my car in for repair as this was the approved garage from my insurers. The process was seamless, they were quick, efficient and called me to let me know car was ready on the day I was told it would be, after having long delays at a previous garage this was a welcome surprise. The staff in the reception were friendly, professional, helpful and lovely. My car was perfectly repaired and spotlessly clean when I picked it up, thank you for the great customer service!
Recently purchased a car from Bristol street motors and cannot thank the team enough for all their help especially Mo who helped me through the process and assured me that if I had any questions or problems then he will be happy to help me. Had a few complications with sorting the paper work but after getting in touch with the team I went over there and they sorted everything the same day. Great service that they are providing throughout the process. Will highly recommend them.
I had a pleasant experience with Bristol Street Motors. I had enquired about a car but didn't particularly enjoy the drive. I spoke with Mo who was really friendly and helpful and we found a car that suited me and my financial situation. I've not felt more welcomed and relaxed whilst buying a car than I had done with Bristol Street Motors. I highly recommend you seek Mo as he was amazing at talking through the different options and feeling at ease.
From the minute we walked in to buying a car the customers service was excellent. Very informative and helpful nothing was too small for them to advise or help with. I would recommend anyone that's thinking of getting a new or second hand car this is the place to go. Thank you and we'll done
Excellent company to deal with. Had a bit of a set back upon initial delivery but was kept informed throughout and was very helpful all through the process and my questions as I've never had a car in finance before. Top marks to Sam who had been dealing with me since day one. Would be happy to use again and refer friends/family
This was my best experience at buying a car. Did not have to sit and listen to salesman trying to sell me extras I did not want. Great job , fab car . See u in 5 years
Poor communication and all the time I chased for updates. I booked the company car at 9am in the morning to be able to take it before end of the working day and after chasing and chasing I managed the payment at 4.30pm with collection 30min later. Don’t see them serious at all.
Very disappointed with my service from the Service department at Bristol Street Motors, Gloucester. Reception staff are friendly but you will be waiting months if you need any major works done to your vehicle. My 2016 Ranger went in with a coolant leak and electrical issue. I had to rebook for further investigations on the coolant leak as they didn't have the time on the day of my booking. During which the EGR value and cooler packed in dumping water into the engine. It then took Bristol Street 4 weeks to tell me I needed a new and very expensive engine. I was also told one cost only for that to double a few hours later. Apparently there is a fault known to Ford with the EGR values on Ford Rangers, so unless you want an expensive bill like me replace it at 50K miles. Despite being told at week 6 all parts needed had arrived and the repairs would be carried out straight away, after 7 weeks work hasn't even started. It has now been 11 weeks since it was first booked in - 8 weeks with no vehicle.
My van service was due to take place on the 8th Nov 23 and my vehicle should have been ready for collection at 2pm. This was written on the paperwork when I dropped the van off the day before 7th Nov at around 3pm. I would have thought that a Ford dealership were competent enough of judging how many vehicles they could service in a day. I collected my van, 2pm, not serviced. Thanks for the loss of income and wasting my time.
I'm really pleased with the service I received at the dealership. The salesman I was with was very helpful even with things out of his control when trying to arrange delivery of my car.
