A tail of two halves.....

Dealt with a chap called Luke. Nice guy in the flesh and efficient whilst I was there. 

However - It took me a couple of weeks to get my car due to a servicing "issue" and the general comms from Luke during this period was poor.

More worryingly though, after I finally took delivery of my Audi S5 (which I am mostly happy with) I discovered a big hole in the floor of the drivers foot well (upholstery not metal). Luke simply didn't acknowledge my text or email correspondence highlighting the issue with pictures. He eventually replied to my second next with a thumbs up! comical!

Ultimately this means I cannot recommend Blade Seat Gloucester and will not be using them again! And all over what would be a couple of hundred quid for a repair!!  Simply put - poor business ethics and a lack of customer focus.

What a nice bunch of people. They are friendly, helpful and very professional. Lance sold me a Seat Ibiza yesterday, and this was probably the easiest vehicle transaction I have ever experienced. Everything was handled very smoothly and efficiently. Excellent service - ten out of ten!

Would give 0 starts if I could. The after sales seems to be terrible at this Blade branch. Service staff onsite can be rude and incompetent. SEAT call centre have consistently told us the wrong things. Other dealerships welcome you in as they want your money, here they just don't seem to care.  SEAT UK haven't been too helpful themselves either. Would avoid and would never come back here again. Put me off SEAT for the foreseeable future.

Just picked up our new seat Leon from the Gloucester branch, absolutely outstanding service from start to end from Luke! So thrilled with our new car, he couldn’t do enough to make sure we had the best experience! Sure to be back to see him soon :)
