The long distance dealings i had with this dealership was fantastic. The car was as described, drove brilliantly and as promised had the brakes changed - or so i thought. A year on and the front pads had clearly not been replaced as they have worn down to nearly nothing after less than 6500 miles. The battery had to be changed 2 or 3 months after purchase and now at MOT time the track rod ends have gone. Don't worry i hear you say this would be covered under their amazing 12 month warranty. Alas this is where the points are lost. All three claims on the warranty were rejected. The given 12 months warranty is literally just some paper they give to people as nothing is covered on it. Very disappointed to be honest if the warranty had covered the parts then this is a five star review because of the pointless warranty the review is two stars.

Fantastic car and service to match..! I visited Bristol Road Cars several times before buying my Scirocco from them and on each occasion Jeremy and John were first class. I would definitely recommend - Thank You..!

Wasted Journey - 200 mile round trip! MINI not described accurately & even as a Motor Trader, this dealership failed to meet our expectations, with the MINI needing at least 3 panels of paint & brake pads warning light on showing as overdue. Experience has been made substantially worse as now there is no option to have any further discussion as this dealership will not now take or return our calls.

I bought a great car from them at the right price and the after sales service was the best I have ever had. I can definitely recommend buying from them. Thanks
