I recently purchased a used car from Completely Motoring near Cheltenham. I wanted to say what say what a please it was dealing with George Ayland and his team. He insisted that the car went out with a fresh MOT and full service, and went above the requirement adding new breaks, tyres and a whole host of other components. They also offered a fair deal on part exchange. If your looking for a polite and professional garage with resonable priced cars , then this garage is well worth a look.
Just part exed a car there yesterday. Such a breath of fresh air compared to main dealers and car supermarkets used before. No pushy Sales tactics, no crazy haggling and sensible numbers discussed for my old car and the new one I was buying. Lovely stock of cars and would 100% buy from them again. The type of place you would send your mum or your gran as there were no silly games AT ALL. Thank you George and Liam who dealt with me.
Not impressed. Bought a mokka from here in March. There were scratches on the front trim which I was informed would be replaced. A month went by and no recall to get it fixed. Called and was told the wrong colour part was sent and they were awaiting the correct part. Time went by and nothing happens. Called again to be told the mechanic wasn't available for a week and they'd call me to arrange to get it fixed. Nothing. Steve was happy to obviously deceive and pretend it would be fixed. They had the money. I decided to have a major service and low and behold, new water pump needed, front brake discs and pads as well as a oil leak. £1100 bill. So much for the service check before handing over. Frankly, would avoid. Not trustworthy . Go to a main dealer . Lies and deceit are not good qualities in a car dealer.
AVOID DEALERSHIP! would never deal with this company again and will also recommend anyone I know never to buy from them. The cars are presented to a poor standard both mechanically and cosmetically and bodged together to pass checks which are done in house for that matter. Nothing is organised and you’ll have to spend your days chasing up handovers and updates on the car which you’ll be over promised and under delivered everytime. The headaches and stress that has been caused when purchasing a car should be an enjoyable process from start to finish, however it couldn’t be any further from that. There is simply no care for the customers experience and in hand you can see the level of care that goes into the stock cars on display. This place is conning honest customers daily with many of which people I know or have spoken to have had very similar issues if not worse than mine. Do yourself a favour and find a reputable dealership and save yourself the headache, time and hassle.
Be careful with this company, it turns out that these are some strange scammers who arrange to sell your car because they give you prices without VAT. And if you want to take it and pay, they add VAT. I do not recommend it. Poor communication and credibility.
Bought a car with my wife from completely motoring. We know what we want. Easy test drive. Paper work take few minutes. Friendly staff. Clean and tidy cars. Highly recommended
DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! I bought my golf from here, it had a few issues that they fixed before delivering it. Now, a few years later, all the paint is starting to peel off the bonnet. I was curious and took it to a repair shop who said its had a dodgy paint job repair. This has been well covered up before selling it to me. Definitely cowboy sellers and will just try and get the dodgy cars off their hands ASAP. So disappointed and will cost be a bomb to try and get right now before selling it, if I can even sell it.
Completely Motoring? No I don’t think so.. I am very disappointed, I bought car with so called warranty, the car started to make strange awful noise next morning! I called and requested my warranty, made appointment and came for investigation, they found the error and made appointment next week with notification it is one-day work. I came in time and waiting for two days already, I called at least ten times today and they informed me that nobody look into my car yet! So they need one more day and I will receive my fixed car today at 5p.m. So I will keep you updated on further news By the way we probably were wrong when we didn’t speed up the sales procedure, that is why they decided - it is enough to promise us two days and then keep the car for two weeks!
Both myself and another family member have bought cars from completely motoring Bristol Road. The cars have always been immaculately presented and the customer service can never be faulted. Ian has always been unbiased and his knowledge of every car we looked at has been exceptional. The finance has always been a breeze to sort out, taking a few minutes with very little hassle. I will definitely be buying my next car from here in the future.
If you're looking for a great quality used car I'd highly recommend using completely motoring. I spent a wet afternoon looking at different car sales garages and of all of the locations only the salesman Ian from completely motoring actually braved the weather to come out and speak to us. Ian was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the cars he was selling and I instantly felt like I could trust him. The car I purchased was immaculate and I was really happy with the price.
