Second car i have purchased from this business, Was astonished by the level of customer service and they even delivered my car free of charge! Would recommend highly!

After the constant carnage of trying to find a vehicle suitable for myself I found myself in the doors of Gloucester Trade Centre. Needless to say I walked back out the doors with the keys to my new car in know time! Special mention to the young boy who works there who helped me out a shed load and was a very polite gentleman! Would definitely recommend!

Poor Service! Rude! Unhelpful! - Did not respond to messages, did not return calls AVOID!!!! I brought a Van off eBay... from an online action.. They were selling the same van for £995 on the GTMC website. I won the action for £550. I send them several messages on eBay with no response, I then had to result in calling them, All i wanted to know was what the advisories were, when i could collect and how they would prefer payment. I had no return phone calls as promised by Richard after 3 attempts at calling, He kept saying he doesn't have time at the moment as they are busy and had shed loads of paperwork to do.... You don't have time for a customer??? When i called the last time in my effort to find a resolve, Richard hung up on me! Very very poor service! I would highly recommend anyone thinking about buying from them to reconsider. No customer service skills at all.
