My first time going to a dealership and getting a vehicle, Which as you know can be nerve wracking, However, I would highly recommend Avenue cars Birdwood, These are genuine people that want you to make the best decision for yourself no matter the outcome, and they will support you in anyway they can, customer service is what sells the vehicle and they were fantastic, Me and my family know we made the right decision going here. a BIG thankyou to Lance and the team
They purchased my Toyota Aygo for the best price. Excellent service and easy to deal with. Would recommend.
Very disappointed with the car, and is by far the worst car I have ever owned, it needed a new clutch, flywheel and gearbox repairs early on, this was covered by the warranty but was a battle to get repaired, the work was delayed by Avenue Cars for over inflated repair quotes - however this was due to not understanding the breakdown of parts and labour, which was finally agreed, I was without the car for weeks. After 5 months of ownership it still has problems, big power loss and with dyno printout to prove, Avenue Cars refused to look at it and I am unable to diagnose the problem, I have spent money servicing, new plugs, air filter, fixed oil leak and still no better. I feel very let down by the after sales, I have spent hours on the phone to the warranty company, it has caused me so much stress and made me quite depressed, just wish this garage would do the right thing and take the car back and refund my money.

This dealer always has plenty of vehicles in stock, with price points to suit everyone, cars are always clean examples with documented history & well equipped with factory fitted extras. Graham is always happy to help, and nothing is too much, very laid back approach, which is confidence inspiring and only enhances the car buying experience, super friendly, super knowledgeable, I cannot recommend them highly enough!
